TPGSE is a novel, micelle-based Vitamin E formulation specifically engineered to meet the needs of patients with fat malabsorption syndromes, especially in pediatric populations. Unlike conventional fat-soluble Vitamin E supplements, TPGSE utilizes TPGS (D-alpha tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate) – a water-soluble derivative of Vitamin E – to facilitate superior absorption even in the absence of bile salts.
